My family and I were fortunate to meet Jay Rosenberg in the summer of 2009 after my son, Justin, was diagnosed with an inoperable brain tumor.
I say the word "fortunate" because we started a foundation called Justin's Quest ("JQ") (www.justinsquest.com) to raise awareness and find a cure for brain tumors after Justin was diagnosed. JQ started off very slowly until Jay and Rosenberg Media got involved, that is where the word fortunate comes in.
I knew the moment I met Jay that he and Rosenberg Media would make JQ a success. Jay has such passion and charisma that cannot be matched by anyone. Jay and his great staff poured their blood sweat and tears into getting us media attention whether it was the local news stations or the Lavar Arrington TV and radio show. JQ became a story that people wanted to follow thanks to Rosenberg Media's hard work.
The most unbelievable and unforgettable thing that Jay accomplished was a personal meeting for Justin and our family with President Obama. The President even shot hoops with us. That made JQ not only a national story but we became international. Only Jay could pull that incredible feat off. I want to personally thank Jay and his incredible staff at Rosenberg Media for making JQ a success but for also providing my son a sense of purpose in his life and a smile on his face.
